If product is received in non-working order, or it isn't what you were expecting, you may return it within 20 days for an exchange after receiving a return authorization. Defective electronics will be addressed by the manufacturer under their warranties. A product exchange, merchandise credit or refund* will be made after you return the product for inspection. Please return products with the original Go2 Outfitters order number with your full name on the package and use a shipping method with tracking (e.g. UPS, FEDEX, or USPS w/Signature Confirmation). If you loose your receipt, we will be happy to generate a new one if you need it for warranty purposes.
