Return Policy:

All products are 100% guaranteed to be delivered as promised. All items are NEW IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING with full manufacture's warranty. If product is received in non-working order, or it isn't what you were expecting, you may return it within 20 days for an exchange after receiving a return authorization. We do not accept returns on electronics, undergarments, bathing suits or sleepwear. All returns must be in original product packaging. Defective electronics will be addressed by the manufacturer under their warranties. A product exchange, merchandise credit or refund* will be made after you return the product for inspection. Please return products with the original Go2 Outfitters order number with your full name on the package and use a shipping method with tracking (e.g. UPS, FEDEX, or USPS w/Signature Confirmation). If you loose your receipt, we will be happy to generate a new one if you need it for warranty purposes.

* Actual Shipping & Handling costs ($5 minimum) will be deducted from all refunds and merchandise credits.
